Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for subscription plans purchased through Camp Ope, operated by EST Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Subscription Cancellations

Campground operators on paid subscription plans (Trailhead, Basecamp) may cancel their subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • Your campground listing remains on the platform on the Free tier after cancellation.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Camp Ope admin dashboard
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation

3. Refund Processing

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the billing period.
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate charges or billing errors), refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the Settings page:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback through your bank. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
